She has all the bells and whistles needed to cook for any size crowd. This grill is equipt with over 16 feet of grilling & smoking capacity (8 grilling trays plus one hanging/smoking tray for smoked sausages and links), sits on her own trailer with a full size spare tire, custom fire box, compartment for a generator, hooks for cooking utensils, custom doors for easy opening, two smoke shoots, two temperature gauges and a kendling braker.
